REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
All our products are made-to-order specifically for you after you place your order. This means each item is unique and personalized.

RETURNS POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products:

• We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind
• We DO NOT accept size exchanges after placing the order
• We DO NOT accept returns of products in perfect condition

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ERRORS
We accept returns or replacements ONLY in the following cases:

1. Product received with manufacturing defects
2. Product damaged during shipping
3. Order error (wrong product shipped)
4. Significant differences from product description

CLAIM PROCESS
If you receive a product with any of the mentioned issues:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receipt
2. Send clear photos of the product and the issue
3. Include your order number

SOLUTIONS
For confirmed defective products or errors:
• Free product replacement
• Full refund
• Final decision depends on case evaluation

PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

EXCLUSIONS
We do not accept returns for:
• Personalized products with specific names or text
• Products in perfect condition due to change of mind
• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to personalized products manufactured according to customer specifications.
